On the palate, it presents a diverse medley of mulberry, blackberry, and dark forest fruits, complemented by herbaceous undertones. Soft, powdery tannins and bright acidity round out this medium-bodied red. This wine pairs exceptionally well with beef, particularly grilled or roast beef and filet mignon.
